I have a tenda F303 and I needed to port forward a game but on the internet I seen that I need to upgrade the firmware to port forward and some more things.I opened www.tendacn.com and I searched my router model and I pressed the download button and selected the upgrade.I opened my router settings tab and I pressed to upgrade I selected the corect file and I started the process.The router rebooted in the login screen (192.168.0.1/login.asp) but the page was blank.I tryed to reset the router from the reset button from the back of the case but didn't work.I need help as quick as you can!Thanks!
I upgraded to V11.13.01.23_EN from V11.13.01.06_EN and had the same issue. The web page of the router wouldn't open.I disconnected the power and all the data (ethernet) cables. Connected the power cable and hold the WPS/Reset button for good two minutes.Router restart couple times, then I connected my laptop with the patch cord. This helped, I can login into the router again.Hope this helps!
If you have cleared your browser cache and does a ipconfig /release and ipconfig /renew and not getting an IP address, the router is likely bricked. If you are getting an IP address, then attempt to access the router at If the web page does not open or you are not getting an IP address, then attempt a reset using the instructions from Microcenter's tech support site.
If a factory default does not work and return functionality to the unit, then the flash is corrupted and the device is likely "bricked", and as far as I can find the F303 does not have an emergency recovery mode to FTP/TFTP the firmware for disaster recovery.
There is some mention in the F311 being recoverable after soldering in a USB Serial uart for communications to the unit as described here, so I would image an even lower end router would be similar, if it is possible at all.
Had been using my router as an access point and I don't think option to upgrade firmware was even available - or maybe I just never loggin to to see if it was. Anyway, I just reset the router to regular use and saw an upgrade was available. I did the upgrade and can connect to the internet, my network, etc. just finr. However, I cannot control the router using either the Netgear Genie on my tablet or logging is at 192.168.1.1, www.routerlogin.net, etc.
I have tried disabling AV and firewall, rebooting router and all connected computers, etc. Have tried onnecting with ethernet rather than wirelessly. In IE11 and Firefox, I get the standard "this page cannot be displayed" message telling me to try again later. In Chrome the message is a little differrent - it says the connection to 192.168.1.1 was "refused."
I have a Tenda AC9, which is supported by LEDE, well, at least there is a install .trx file on the download repository... but there is no information of how to install it at all. No wiki, no support pages, nothing. The .trx is not accepted by the upgrade page of the factory firmware.
Good news: I've found out how to install the .trx image: just configure your computer to a fixed IP address in the 192.168.1.x range (x between 2 and 255), reset the router while keeping pressed the reset switch on the back for 20 seconds, and access the CFE mini web server at 192.168.1.1. There you can upload the LEDE .trx image.

I am having trouble flashing my Tenda AC9. I can get to the CFE mini server, but it seems like it's on some kind of very short timeout. I can get it to load, but if I refresh it a second later it won't connect and the device will continue its normal boot sequence. There's just enough time to execute an NVRAM erase or reboot command, but there doesn't seem to be time to do a firmware upload. Even if I have the form ready to go an
